The Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for executing and overseeing regional marketing campaigns. In this position, you will also be responsible for curating email lists, launching and managing an email submission/ticketing system, crafting, deploying emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), managing direct mail campaigns, or other traditional and digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. In addition, measuring and monitoring the success of campaigns, advising on performance and presenting optimization strategies. You will work closely with the Senior Regional Marketing Managers to ensure all marketing campaigns are implemented efficiently.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a calendar of scheduled email campaigns
  • Launch and manage and mail submission/ticketing system
  • Define analytics for email campaigns and present optimization strategies
  • Assist in event-related communications – virtual and in-person, including email deployment, website posting, partner assets, etc
  • Partner with social media team to promote virtual and in-person events
  • Building engagement studio (nurture stream) templates and campaigns to support event participation and follow-up
  • Coordinate and Manage email calendar
  • Managing direct mail and other traditional and alternative digital campaigns
  • Duties as required by manager

Job Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management platform. A background inlead generation is a plus.
  • Copywriting and content curation specific to emails and marketing campaigns
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML
  • Aptitude to use data to optimize program performance and inform future campaigns
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to support time-sensitive requirements and tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with PC and collaboration applications, including Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Experience with Asana design to help teams organize, track, and manage their work
  • Ability to travel approximately 5-10%of time to support events
