Britt Beaton

Britt Beaton has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. From 2005 to 2022, Britt worked at Prometheus Laboratories Inc. in various roles. As the Senior Regional Director Health Systems, they were responsible for incorporating cutting-edge diagnostic testing into health system laboratories, improving access to testing for healthcare professionals. In their role as the Senior National Account Manager, Britt focused on sourcing, contracting, and negotiating terms with health system laboratories, maximizing revenue per contract. They also led their team through company transitions and right-sizing efforts. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2018, Britt served as the National Account Manager for the company, excelling in their position and qualifying for prestigious awards. Additionally, from 2005 to 2014, Britt worked as the Senior District Sales Manager Midwest, consistently achieving top rankings and promoting representatives within the company. Before joining Prometheus Laboratories Inc., Britt worked at Novartis Pharmaceuticals as a District Sales Manager from 2002 to 2005 and as a Specialty Representative and Sales Representative from 1997 to 2002.

Britt Beaton earned a Mini MBA in Health Care Management from the University of St. Thomas. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from North Dakota State University. Additionally, they hold an MBA in Business from Cardinal Stritch University.
