Courtney Cromley is an experienced executive in client success and customer support, currently serving as Vice President of Client Success at Prometric. Previously, Courtney held key leadership roles at Qlik as Director of Global Support Onboarding & Adoption, and at PeopleFluent as Chief Customer Officer, Vice President of Professional Services and Support, and Director of Customer Support.
