Byron Chavarria

Byron Chavarria serves as Chairman of the Board and Board Member at IPPAG Cooperative since April 2019, while also being a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization since March 2022. At UFM Acton MBA, Byron holds the positions of Professor and Student Advisor since August 2021. As the Founder and CEO of Gimmick Company since March 2010, Byron has transformed a modest startup into a leading market player in Guatemala and Central America. Additionally, Byron has been the Central America CEO at Prominate since January 2016, overseeing a team of over 2,500 specialists globally, and serves as General Manager of Corporate Brand Gifts since January 2019. Byron Chavarria holds a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurial Studies from Universidad Francisco Marroquín and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/International Commerce from Universidad Rafael Landívar.
