Tommaso Aiello

Tommaso Aiello is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience across various sectors. As the Founder and CEO of REBRAIN since January 2021, Aiello also serves as Partner at Prominate and ADF Distribution srl, where custom product development and strategic solutions are prioritized. Aiello leads The Good Idea srl as Partner and CEO, focusing on promotional merchandising for a global clientele. Previously, Aiello owned a franchise of Flower Burger, contributing to the expansion of Italy's first gourmet vegan burger chain. As a Founding Partner at Spliit, Aiello was involved in advanced 3D reproduction technology. Experience includes Founding Partner roles at Tandem and Noise, as well as leadership positions at Premia Milano, including oversight of the Shanghai office. Aiello holds a Bachelor of Laws from Università LUMSA and additional law degrees from Universidad Católica de Ávila and University of Deusto.
