Zina Soltis

Zina Soltis has a diverse range of work experience. Zina most recently worked at Promise Healthcare as a VP Risk, Quality, & Compliance starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they were an Executive Services Director/Compliance Officer at the same company from February 2022 to March 2023. Before joining Promise Healthcare, Zina worked at Family Health La Clinica as a Community Engagement & Outreach Coordinator from October 2019 to February 2022, and as a Health Educator from February 2018 to October 2019. Zina also has experience working at the University of Wisconsin-Extension as a FoodWise Nutrition Educator from May 2015 to February 2018, and in various roles such as Hispanic Outreach Assistant and Interim Family Living Educator. Earlier in their career, Zina worked as an Economic Support Specialist at Waushara County Department of Human Services from August 2014 to May 2015. Zina also has experience in the restaurant industry, serving as a Front-of-House Manager at Hue Vietnamese Restaurant & Lounge from February 2011 to June 2012, as an Assistant Manager at Lowlands Restaurant Group, LLC from January 2010 to February 2011, and as a Front-of-House Manager at Food Fight Restaurant Group from April 2009 to January 2010. Zina also worked as a Sales Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton from December 2007 to April 2009, and as a Bilingual Administrative Assistant at Dane County Parent Council from May 2007 to December 2007. Early in their career, they worked as a Detail Coordinator/Supported Living Worker at DREAMWEAVERS INC from March 2006 to May 2007.

Zina Soltis obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Spanish Language & Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 2004 and 2007. Zina later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Community & Organizational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point from 2013 to 2016. Zina also holds several additional certifications in various fields. These certifications include the JEDI Champion Training Certification from the Association of Clinicians for the Underserved in 2023, Traditional Usui Reiki and Rainbow Reiki, Second Degree from the Reiki Do Institute International in 2018, Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, School of Medicine and Public Health in 2018, Traditional Usui Reiki and Rainbow Reiki, First Degree from the Reiki-Do Institute International in 2017, T.
