Ashley Pomata has a long and varied work experience. In 2010, they worked as a Publications Officer/Editor for the US Federal Government, where they edited and formatted intelligence products and coordinated their electronic and print dissemination. In 2009, they were an Editorial Intern at International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc. (IBTCI), where they edited technical documents and prepared project proposals. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Printingforless.com as a Customer Success Associate, where they were an account manager to enterprise-level marketing technology customers. In 2018, they worked as a Customer Success Representative at Rogue Wave Software, where they conferred with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and determine system requirements. In 2019, they moved to Perforce Software, where they were a Customer Success Team Lead for the JRebel team and managed a team of customer success representatives. In 2020, they began working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Promoboxx, where they were the primary point of contact for 20-25 accounts and drove platform adoption and development/execution of ongoing account plans. In 2022, they began working as a Recspert (Sales Associate) at Outdoor Voices. Currently, Ashley is looking for work as an Experienced Customer Success Manager.
Ashley Pomata obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature, General from Virginia Tech between 2005 and 2009. In 2012 and 2013, they completed prerequisite coursework in Human Nutrition at Northern Virginia Community College. From 2013 to 2015, they attended Metropolitan State University of Denver for Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services. In 2022 and 2023, they are set to attend General Assembly for Digital Marketing.
