Phil Hart

Phil Hart has extensive experience in military and corporate leadership roles, specializing in force management systems and operational logistics. Currently serving as a Joint Force Capabilities Catalog Army/GFM DI Subject Matter Expert at ProModel Corporation since June 2016, Phil has previously held key positions at STG and Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on GFM DI ARFORGEN systems. Earlier in the career, Phil managed operations at The Hartford and Merrill Lynch, leading multiple teams to enhance service delivery. With notable experience as COO at Power Oil Company and Manager of Operations at Norfolk Southern, Phil's diverse background also includes significant military service as a Captain in the US Army, where roles encompassed brigade adjutant and platoon leader during major operations. Phil holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University and a BS in Business Management from Carson-Newman University.
