Massimiliano Candini

Massimiliano Candini has a diverse work experience in various industries. Massimiliano is currently serving as the GM & BD Director UK at Promoitalia Group Spa, where they manage the company's new branch in London and introduces medical aesthetic products to the UK market. Prior to this, they co-founded Mon Share Art in 2018 and held the role of Co-Founder until December 2022. From 2002 to 2019, they co-founded and served as a Partner at Candini & Partners, a consultancy firm. In 2008-2017, they worked at Promoitalia Group Spa as the General Manager Asia & Corporate Business Development, focusing on medical devices, aesthetic medicine, and cosmetics. Massimiliano has also held positions at Fratelli Rossetti SpA, Kellstrom Aerospace, Eni, and Gruppo FINI spa, where they contributed to various areas such as business development, strategic operations, and legal affairs in industries such as luxury goods, aerospace, oil & gas, and food & beverage.

Massimiliano Candini obtained their national abilitation as a lawyer from Ordine avvocati Roma. Massimiliano also earned their Bachelor of Laws degree from Sapienza Università di Roma, with a specialization in business/commerce and criminal law general. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Attorney at law and was admitted to the Bar Council of Rome in October 2000.
