Leslie Peeler

Leslie Peeler is the current Vice President of Business Transformation Services and Chief Operating Officer at Promontory. Leslie has over twenty years of experience in the financial industry, including positions at Fannie Mae, Homecomings Financial, GMAC ResCap, and First American Real Estate Information Services.

Leslie began their career in 1991 as National Communications Manager at First American Real Estate Information Services. In 1996, they joined GMAC ResCap as Sr. Trader and Director, where they were responsible for product positioning, vitality and financial performance for Rescap home equity lending channels. Leslie later became Vice President of Loan Servicing at Homecomings Financial (a division of GMAC ResCap), where they generated investor value by maximizing performance of 350,000 Conforming, Home Equity, Jumbo A, Alt-A and Shared Risk portfolios.

In 2000, Leslie left GMAC ResCap to join Homecomings Financial as Vice President of Strategy and Analytics. Leslie held this position until 2002 when they returned to GMAC ResCap. Leslie remained at GMAC ResCap until 2006 when they joined Fannie Mae as Senior Vice President of Credit Portfolio Management. Leslie held this position until 2014 when they left to join Promontory.

At Promontory, Leslie is responsible for leading and managing Business Transformation Services, which provides a range of consulting services to the financial services industry. Leslie is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company as Chief Operating Officer.

Leslie Peeler's educational career includes a BA in economics from George Mason University, a Master of Public Administration and Policy from the School of Public Affairs at American University, and an executive certification in strategy and innovation from MIT Sloan Executive Education. Leslie also has a certification from IBM in IBM Certified Executive.

They are on a team with Nikhil Aggarwal - Managing Director, Carol Nutter - Director of Human Resources, and Henry Raine - Managing Director, Head of London Office. Leslie Peeler reports to Eugene Ludwig, Founder and Chief Executive Officer.
