Kathleen Ayers has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Kathleen is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Promotive, where they connect automotive talent with top automotive shops. Prior to this, they worked as a Board Member at Altruity. Kathleen also held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Fynn.io, where they scaled the team and partnered with the Chief Technology Officer to develop the product roadmap. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Benefitfocus, leading strategic planning and implementation. Kathleen's previous experience includes Executive Vice President at Vehlo, Director at Blackbaud, General Manager at Stein Mart, Assistant Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch, and Assistant Manager at Target. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated success in driving growth, implementing best practices, and establishing collaborative relationships.
