Rebecca Higginson-Rollins has a diverse work experience. Rebecca began their career in 2008 as an Assembly Line Worker for KTH Manufacturing. In 2009, they worked as a Research Intern for The Mackenzie Institute. From 2012 to 2015, they held the role of Kitchen Manager at Church on Church Bar. From 2015 to 2016, they were an Engineering Outreach Activity Developer at the University of Waterloo. In 2016, they were a Catalyst Summer Program Facilitator at the University of Waterloo. In 2017, they worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Axonify. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Roadmunk. Most recently, they are a Software Testing Specialist at ProNavigator.

Rebecca Higginson-Rollins received their Honours Bachelor of Arts (HBA) from the University of Toronto - University of Trinity College in 2011 with a major in Theirtory and International Relations. Rebecca then went on to earn their Master of Arts (MA) from the University of Toronto in 2012, majoring in Theirtory. Rebecca is currently pursuing their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) from the University of Waterloo in Mechanical Engineering, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
