Sarit Levin

Sarit Levin has extensive work experience in the field of molecular diagnostics. Sarit started their career at Pronto Diagnostics in 2014, where they served as the NGS and sequencing services manager. In this role, they were responsible for conducting DNA purification, sequencing, deletion/duplication analysis, fragment analysis, pharmacogenetic testing, and epigenetic tests. Sarit then joined Aposense in 2017 as a Senior Scientist, where they contributed their expertise until 2020. Following this, they returned to Pronto Diagnostics in 2020 as the Deputy lab manager.

Sarit Levin completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Stem Cell Biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science, spanning from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they also obtained an MSc in Biology from the same institute during the period of 2006 to 2013. Before joining the Weizmann Institute, Sarit pursued their undergraduate studies at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biotechnology and Food Engineering from 2002 to 2006.

In addition to their extensive education, Sarit Levin holds a Senior Medical Laboratory Staff Member Accreditation Certificate, which they obtained from the Ministry of Health Israel in July 2022.
