Ben Cannon

VP of Customer Success at Pronto

Ben Cannon has worked for a variety of companies since 2004. Ben began their career as a Regional Office Manager for Volunteer Service, then moved on to a role as a Marketing and Public Relations representative for Costco Wholesale. In 2011, they joined the Board of Directors for the Utah County Theirpanic Chamber of Commerce. In 2012, they began working for Instructure, where they held four different roles, including Implementation Consultant, Manager of Customer Success - Client Services, Customer Success Manager, and Account Relationship Manager. In 2018, they took on the role of Director of Customer Success for Canvass.com, and in 2019 they became the VP of Customer Success for Pronto.

Ben Cannon attended Salt Lake Community College from 2005 to 2006, where they received an Associate of Science in Business. Ben then attended Utah Valley University from 2006 to 2012, earning an Associate of Science (AS) in Business Administration and Management, General, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
