Susan Brenneman Gilo

Susan Brenneman Gilo has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources. Susan began their career at Motorola in 1991 as a Human Resources Representative. Susan then moved to Brown Brothers Harriman in 1996 as a Human Resources Manager. In 1997, they were hired as a Human Resources Manager at Inso Corporation. In 1999, they were hired as a Human Resources Director at LeadingSide, Inc. and Upromise. From 2009 to 2022, they served as a Human Resources Consultant at Care.com and then as an Independent Consultant providing strategic advice regarding all matters related to the attraction, retention, and inspiration of an organization's most valued asset: their people. In 2022, they began their current role as VP, People & Culture at ProofofLearn.

Susan Brenneman Gilo graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology Major and Business Minor.
