Janet Hsu

Janet Hsu, CPA, currently serves as the VP of Corporate Accounting and Financial Reporting at Proofpoint since August 2013, with a focus on share-based compensation, external reporting, and merger and acquisition support. Prior to this role, Janet held the position of Director of Accounting and Finance at Accretive Solutions from February 2005 to August 2013, providing consulting services in technical accounting, SEC reporting, and corporate accounting functions. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Horn Murdock Cole, Centerpoint Technologies, Open Harbor, Inc., Centerpoint, and Amax Engineering. Janet Hsu holds an MBA in Business and Accounting from Santa Clara University and a BA in Business from Tunghai University.
