Philip Aiken

Philip Aiken has a diverse work experience in various finance-related roles. Philip currently serves as the Head of Finance at Propagate since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Strategic Finance at Aspiration from June 2021 to May 2023. Philip also worked as an Investment Analyst at PRIMECAP Management Company from September 2014 to June 2021. Philip gained experience in investment banking as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at Deutsche Bank in 2013 and as an Investment Banking Analyst/Associate at Citi from July 2007 to August 2010. Philip also has a background in international development, having served as a Small Enterprise Development Volunteer at the Peace Corps from August 2010 to August 2012.

Philip Aiken has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Harvard Business School, obtained from 2012 to 2014. Philip also holds a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) degree in Applied Mathematics & Statistics from The Johns Hopkins University, earned from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Applied Mathematics & Statistics at The Johns Hopkins University from 2003 to 2007.
