Scarlett Chorley started her career as a Junior Property Consultant at Hearnes Estate Agents while studying for her A Levels. She has since worked in various roles in recruitment and partnerships, excelling in each position. Scarlett is currently the Head of Partnerships at Propel, where she is responsible for managing existing partnerships and acquiring new ones for the business. Her background includes experience in go-to-market recruitment roles in the high growth technology sector. Scarlett holds a degree in Operations & Project Management, International Business from Bournemouth University.
