Adam Olson

Adam Olson is the Director of P&C Services at Propel Insurance. Adam has over 14 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to their current position, Adam was a Senior Territory Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where they managed relationships with over 30 independent agencies representing over 50 million in premium for the Northwest Region of Liberty Mutual Commercial Insurance. Adam was a 2-time President’s Award winner and 4-time Challenger of the Month for the NW Region. During their time at Liberty Mutual, Adam grew the territory by over 4 million in premium and launched the first pilot of commercial book transfer with Bell Anderson.

Before their time at Liberty Mutual, Adam was a Sr. Training Consultant at Liberty Mutual Agency Markets where they created, maintained, and delivered commercial products training to independent insurance agents. Adam successfully delivered a 6-week training program to over 150 agents and applied feedback to create an improved student experience between iterations.

Adam began their career in 2006 as a Location Manager for Advantage Rent A Car.

Adam is a highly skilled and experienced insurance professional who has demonstrated success in various roles throughout their career. Adam is a strategic thinker with a track record of growing territories and developing successful relationships with independent agencies. Adam is a proven leader with the ability to develop and deliver training programs that produce results. Adam is a motivated self-starter who is always looking for ways to improve and add value.

Adam Olson has a MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Political Science from the University of Washington. Adam also has certification from the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research in Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) and from The Institutes-AICPCU in Associate in Risk Management (ARM-P). Lastly, they have a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters Designation from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters.

They are on a team with Michael Ferreira - Executive Director of Growth & Distribution, Justin Price - Sales Director, and Mark Dennis - Director of Small Business & Personal Lines. Adam Olson reports to Kurt Carlson, President & CEO.
