Amit Kothari

Amit Kothari has a diverse range of work experience, starting as an Assistant Manager at Ernst & Young in 2007. Amit then worked at Birla Sun Life Insurance as a Deputy Manager, followed by a managerial role at Mahindra & Mahindra. Amit then served as the Chief Financial Officer at Edelweiss Housing Finance Limited, where they managed various financial aspects. Amit then moved on to Hitachi Payment Services Pvt. Ltd. as the Senior Vice President Finance, focused on business finance, planning, and stakeholder management. Subsequently, they were the Head Of Finance at Aptus Value Housing Finance India Limited, leading an IPO and managing financial relationships. Currently, Amit is the Head of Finance at Propelld, focusing on democratizing education access and overseeing various financial functions.

Amit Kothari completed their Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai in 2004, focusing on Accounts. Amit then pursued their Chartered Accountant certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2002 to 2006, specializing in Audit and IFRS convergence.
