Joanna Cattanach

Joanna Cattanach is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in content creation, public relations, and education. Currently serving as the Senior Content and Communications Manager for Propelled Brands, Joanna has been recognized as the 2023 Marketing Magician of the Year and oversees communications for a multi-brand international franchisor. Previously, Joanna held roles as Program Coordinator for the Dallas Media Collaborative, and as a Professor of Journalism at the University of North Texas, where Joanna taught various journalism courses for over a decade. Joanna's background also includes campaign strategy, community mobilization, and freelance writing for prominent publications. With a Master’s degree in International Journalism and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Baylor University, Joanna combines academic expertise with practical skills in media and communications.
