Allison Knowles

Allison Knowles is the current Director of Growth Office at Propeller. Allison has over three years of experience in global procurement analysis and has advised VP leadership on multiple occasions on how to improve spend performance, reduce redundancy, and mitigate supply chain risk. In their previous position at Oregon Tool, they were also responsible for managing all sourcing tasks, conducting RFx processes, evaluating award scenarios, and negotiating contract terms. Furthermore, they provided procurement analysis and process definition to support the launch of SAP MM/PP in the company's China office. Lastly, they were instrumental in establishing corporate guidelines for analyzing historical spending and identifying critical products and strategic suppliers.

Allison Knowles holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia with a double concentration in Marketing and Management. Allison also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Portland State University in Business Administration. Allison is certified from eCornell in Talent Acquisition & Planning and Prosci in ADKAR. Allison is also certified from the Project Management Institute in PMP.
