Jillian Kereczman

Director of Operations at Propeller

Jillian Kereczman is currently the Director of Operations at Propeller, a management consulting firm with offices in Portland and San Francisco. Jillian has been with Propeller since May of 2014, and in their current role, they are responsible for overseeing the firm's day-to-day operations and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Before joining Propeller, Jillian was the Events Manager at Bluehour, a fine dining restaurant in Portland, Oregon. In this role, Jillian was responsible for coordinating all aspects of private events at the restaurant, from booking event space to working with clients to create custom menus.

Prior to their work in the events industry, Jillian spent six years as a Research Analyst for The Premier Group, a management consulting firm based in New York City. In this role, Jillian conducted research on a variety of topics for the firm's clients.

Jillian earned their bachelor's degree in hospitality management from Cornell University in 2004.

Jillian Kereczman has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oregon's Charles H. Lundquist College of Business and a BSW from James Madison University's Social Work program.

Jillian Kereczman reports to Amy Weeden, Chief Executive Officer. Jillian Kereczman works with Jess Brown - Senior Director, People Strategy, Kelsey McAuliff - Consultant, and Elizabeth Riedel - Consultant.
