Liz Westgarth

Liz Westgarth is a seasoned architect and design leader with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Managing Director and Board Director at Hassell since April 2013, Liz also leads the Sydney Studio Architecture Practice. Additional roles include membership on the NSW State Design Review Panel and the Property Council Australia NSW Commercial Office Committee. Formerly, Liz was a member of the Australian Institute of Architects' Gender Equity Taskforce and served as a councillor for the NSW Chapter. Previous positions include Associate at Foster + Partners and Architectural Designer at several firms including HASSELL and Future Systems. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Sydney.
