Samantha Taylor

Samantha Taylor serves as Principal at Russell Kennedy Lawyers since May 2018 and holds the title of Special Counsel. Additionally, Taylor is a member of the Victorian Commercial Office Committee with the Property Council of Australia and has been actively involved in various committees including the Russell Kennedy Gender Equality Committee as a member since July 2022, the Russell Kennedy Women’s Network as Deputy Convenor since October 2018, and the Russell Kennedy Pro Bono Committee as a member since October 2018. Also, Taylor is a Board Member at Mayfield Education since October 2018. Previous experience includes positions as Consulting Principal at Keypoint Law, Director at Lord Commercial Lawyers, and Principal at Taylor Legal. Taylor contributed to academia as a lecturer at Monash University from February 2010 until 2017, teaching multiple law subjects and conducting research in employment law and human rights. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne and multiple degrees from Monash University in law and the arts.
