Ashlee Weeks

Ashlee Weeks is currently serving as the People Operations Lead at PEXA since April 2023, where previous roles included Senior People Advisor and People Advisor. Prior to this, Ashlee worked at MLC Life Insurance from March 2019 to April 2023, holding positions such as Lead in Process Improvement & Compliance, Human Resources Advisor, Business Analyst, and Administrator. Additional experience includes an Operations Manager role at Yesteryear Vintage in 2018, Area Manager at gorman clothing from June 2016 to October 2017, Store Manager at General Pants Co. from September 2015 to June 2016, Store Manager at Glue STORE from July 2013 to September 2015, and Assistant Manager at Surf Dive 'n' Ski from January 2011 to July 2013. Ashlee holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from Swinburne University of Technology and completed secondary education at Montmorency Secondary from 2008 to 2010.
