Roxane Carr

Roxane Carr is currently the General Manager of People at PEXA since August 2022. Prior to this, Roxane held the role of Head of People at Catch.com.au and Latitude Financial Services. Roxane has a strong background in Human Resources, with experience at companies such as REA Group, NET-A-PORTER GROUP LTD, and Betfair. Roxane also has a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Hons) in Psychology from La Trobe University. Roxane has experience leading teams, delivering on company strategies, and driving cultural transformations.
