Gordon Ling has extensive work experience in project management, particularly in the IT and technology sector. Gordon began their career as a Customer Interface Technology Executive at TNT Express Worldwide in 2005 and progressed through various roles, including Assistant Customer Interface Technology Manager and Senior Customer Interface Technology Executive. Gordon then became the Customer Interface Technology Manager, responsible for leading internal IT projects, designing processes, and managing service delivery. In 2015, Gordon joined TNT China as the Business Systems Manager for Mainland China & Hong Kong, where they acted as a liaison between functional owners and end-users, managed sales systems, and developed processes for efficient service delivery. In 2018, they joined Integrated Management Systems (IMS) as a Project Manager, and later that year, they moved to Property Raptor as a Project Manager. Currently, Gordon holds the position of Senior Project Manager at Property Raptor.

Gordon Ling's education history includes a variety of degrees and certifications. Gordon obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, completing their studies from 2013 to 2015. In 2013, they also pursued the ITIL Foundation Course at the Systematic Computer Education Centre. The following year, in 2014, they attended the same institution to undertake the PMP (Project Management Professional) Course. Additionally, Gordon earned a Diploma in Logistics Management from the Hong Kong Institution of Transportation and Logistics Management between 2008 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computing from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, spanning from 2002 to 2005. Furthermore, they completed a Higher Diploma in Information Systems at the same university from 2000 to 2002.

Aside from their degrees, Gordon Ling has also obtained additional certifications. Gordon acquired the Linux: Package Management for CentOS certification from Lynda.com in February 2018. Moreover, in March 2020, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification offered by the Project Management Institute.
