Hicham Wifaq

Hicham WIFAQ has a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Hicham is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Property Finder. Prior to this, they were the Group Director of Talent Acquisition at Majid Al Futtaim. Hicham has also held various leadership roles at IBM, including Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & Talent Brand Leader, Head of Talent Acquisition for the Middle-East, Africa, and Turkey, and Talent Acquisition Leader for Egypt and North-West Africa. Before joining IBM, Hicham worked as an Account Director at Atos and as the EMEA Onboarding Manager at Dell, where they also served as a Senior HR Recruitment Consultant responsible for overseeing hiring initiatives and improving HR staffing processes.

Hicham WIFAQ obtained a Master's Degree in International Marketing & Management from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce International, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Hicham also pursued a Master's Degree in the same field at the International Business School in Groningen, Netherlands, for the year 2002. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Management and Trade at Ecole Française des Affaires from 1999 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Hicham has obtained several certifications including Disruptive HR in a Cognitive Era, IBM Blockchain Essentials, AgileTA Explorer Badge, and Enterprise Design Thinking - Practitionner, from various institutions such as IBM.
