Bibaswan Banerjee

Bibaswan Banerjee has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Head of Demand Generation & Growth and Lifecycle Product at PropertyGuru Group since December 2021. Prior to this, they were the Director of Customer Lifecycle Management and User Analytics at Klook from August 2019 to December 2021. Before that, they worked as the Regional Lifecycle Lead at Grab, a leading ride-hailing platform in Southeast Asia, from April 2018 to July 2019.

In 2016, Banerjee worked at Singtel, where they held two positions. First, as the Head of CRM at HOOQ-Singtel, Warner, Sony JV from January 2017 to April 2018, they were responsible for paid performance marketing strategy, funnel optimization, and content marketing. Secondly, as the Digital Marketing Manager at HOOQ-Singtel, Warner, Sony JV from February 2016 to December 2016, they focused on digital media campaigns, CRM strategy, and funnel measurement.

Prior to Singtel, Banerjee worked at airtel as a Product Marketing Manager, leading various projects for prepaid consumer propositions and launching a new U&R platform from June 2013 to January 2016. Bibaswan started their professional journey at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade as a Media Coordinator for the IMF, IIFT Student Council from December 2011 to March 2013. Additionally, they gained experience as a Summer Consultant at Avalon Consulting in April to June 2012.

Bibaswan Banerjee completed their MBA-IB in Marketing & Strategy from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they earned a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication from the Institute of Engineering & Management from 2007 to 2011. Bibaswan'seducation journey started in 1994 at Don Bosco, Park Circus, Kolkata, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science until 2005. Additionally, Bibaswan Banerjee obtained certifications in Google Ads Display and Google Ads Search from Google in May 2021.
