Giang Tran

Giang Tran has extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Giang is currently the Head of Learning and Development at PropertyGuru Group, where they are responsible for developing and managing a regional learning and development strategy. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Learning and Development cum IC at PropertyGuru Vietnam, where they established and implemented the L&D strategy and designed a blended learning framework. Giang also has experience as a Regional Training Manager at Vinpearl and VinMart+, where they developed and conducted training programs for staff across multiple locations. Giang also served as a Training Manager at Vinmec Central Park International Hospital, where they designed and implemented learning strategies for healthcare professionals. Additionally, Giang has experience as the Managing Director & Co-Founder of E360 English Center, the Training & HR Executive at Fraser Suites Hanoi, and the Supervisor of Academic Department at VPBox JSC. Giang started their career as a Teacher of English at KOTO - Know One, Teach One.

Giang Tran completed a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Swiss Institute of Management and Innovation from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, Giang earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor from the University of Languages and International Studies - VNU from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, Giang obtained various certifications in learning and development, coaching, leadership, and sales from different institutions such as LinkedIn, Dale Carnegie Training, G & H, and Learnsmart Global.
