Helen Snowball has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2000. Helen began their career at Kraft Foods Group and held various roles, including Senior Customer Manager and Business Development Executive. In 2007, they joined Amcor as a Key Account Manager for a brief period. From 2008 to 2017, Helen worked at Coca-Cola Amatil, where they held positions such as State Business Manager and Head of HR Sales & Marketing. In 2017, they joined JLL as a Regional HR Director for the Asia Pacific region and later became the Chief Human Resources Officer for JLL Asia Pacific. In 2023, Helen joined PropertyGuru Group as the Chief People Officer. Throughout their career, Helen has demonstrated their expertise in people management and driving business growth through effective HR strategies.

Helen Snowball completed their Master's degree in Counselling at Monash University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a 2:1 BA Hons in Psychology & Business Management from Leeds University between 1993 and 1996. Helen attended St Anthony's High School from 1986 to 1991 but did not receive a degree there. Helen also holds additional certifications as a Provisional Clinical Member from the Singapore Association for Counselling and as a Singapore Institute of Directors Associate Member, both obtained in 2022.
