Janie Heng

Janie Heng has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Janie started their career in 2008 as a Regional HR Specialist at 3Com, where they worked until 2010. Janie then joined CEVA Logistics as a Regional HR Specialist for a brief period of four months. In 2010, they moved to Manpower as an HR Manager and held that position for four years until 2014. From 2014 to 2019, they served as the Head of HR Operations at PropertyGuru Group. Janie then progressed to become the Director of HR Operations and Head of HR Singapore at the same organization until 2022. Janie's most recent role at PropertyGuru Group is the Director of People Services, which they have been fulfilling since January 2022.

Janie Heng received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the National University of Singapore in the years 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Anderson Junior College in the years 1998 to 1999, though no degree or field of study was specified.
