Nai Jia Lee

Nai Jia Lee is currently the Head of Real Estate Intelligence, Data and Software Solutions at PropertyGuru Group since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Deputy Director at the Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies (IREUS) at the National University of Singapore (NUS) from April 2020 to August 2022. Before that, they served as the Head of Research at Knight Frank from July 2018 to April 2020, and as the Senior Director of Research at Edmund Tie & Company from December 2014 to June 2018. Nai Jia Lee also has experience as an Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore from August 2008 to July 2014 and as a Teaching Assistant at MIT Department of Urban Studies and Planning from 2007 to 2008. They worked as a Teaching Assistant at the National University of Singapore from 2002 to 2004 and as a Senior Executive at the Singapore Land Authority from September 2001 to October 2002.

Nai Jia Lee received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore from 1997 to 2001. They then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Estate Management at the same institution from 2002 to 2004. Finally, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Urban and Regional Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2009.
