Andrea Cepeda, CHRP, is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Prophix since May 2021, Andrea is instrumental in developing and implementing global talent acquisition strategies, enhancing recruitment processes, and providing mentorship to team members. Prior roles include Corporate Recruiter at Prophix and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Lakeside Process Controls, where Andrea focused on building recruitment programs, fostering relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Andrea's career began as a Human Resources Assistant intern at UPS, where initial exposure to recruitment processes was gained. Andrea holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management (Honours) from York University, earned in 2014.
