Steve Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Steve started their career as an Electronic Engineer at TRW Aeronautical Systems in 1997. From there, they worked as an IT Consultant at ITNET, where they played a key role in the company's largest Central Government bid. After that, they joined Serco briefly as an IT Consultant before moving to ATOS Origin as a Senior Enterprise Architect. At ATOS Origin, they led the implementation architecture for a challenging datacenter consolidation project. Following their time at ATOS Origin, Steve worked as an IT architect at Tripoint Corporation before joining IBM as an Enterprise Architect. At IBM, they served as a Technical Lead Architect and Chief Architect for several large outsourced accounts. In 2010, they joined Meridian IT Australia (formerly Tardis Services) as a CIO, Technology and Services Manager, and Principal Architect. There, they successfully transformed the company into a trusted consulting and professional services partner. In 2015, Steve joined Bulletproof Group Limited as the Head of Enterprise Services and Consulting Principal Solution Architect. Steve built a consulting team from scratch and led the creation and go-to-market for a suite of consultancy offerings, focusing on delivering value and helping customers move faster. Currently, Steve is working as the Chief Technology Officer at PROPIC Pty Ltd, starting in 2019. Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated expertise in cloud native technology, Agile and DevOps methodologies, as well as significant experience in designing and implementing transformative solutions for large enterprise customers.
Steve Brown attended the University of Birmingham from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a BEng degree in Electronic Engineering and IC design.
