Richi Gupta

Richi Gupta began their career in 2017 as a Business Analyst at Ascomp Technologies Pvt. Ltd. In 2018, they joined Erasmith Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Junior Project Lead and Cloud Engineer. In 2019, they moved to ProProfs where they held the roles of Product Analyst, Senior Product Analyst, and Product Team Lead. In their roles, they were responsible for leading product definition, launch, and long-term vision for initiatives across audiences of the marketplace, enabling the brand to reach consumers globally by developing locally relevant strategies. Richi also oversaw operations, paying attention to areas in need of improvement of Help desk, Chat & Knowledge Base SAAS product. Richi established processes starting from the development lifecycle to customer communication strategies and measured customer satisfaction using NPS strategy. Additionally, they collaborated with the team in solution development and implementation, presenting the business solutions to the clients.

Richi Gupta completed their BCA in Computer Science from Chaudhary Charan Singh University between 2013 and 2016. Richi then pursued their Master of Computer Applications in Information Technology from Institute of Technology & Science, Mohan Nagar between 2016 and 2018. Richi also completed a BCA in Information Technology from Institute of Technology & Science, Mohan Nagar between 2013 and 2016. In addition, they obtained two certifications from Oracle University in 2015, Business Analytics in May and Oracle Database and Basics of ERP in January.
