Aman also worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at NextWave Partners, specializing in the Technology sector. Aman gained further recruitment experience at SThree and Michael Page. Aman's early career involved roles in the technology sector, including a consultant position at Phaidon International. Additionally, they held internships at Realistic Realtors and Engineers India Limited, where they gained valuable business development and marketing experience. Aman Talwar completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from James Cook University in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2008-2011. Their high school education was completed at Amity International School from 2006-2008. Additionally, they obtained a certification from the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations - Dubai, offered by Harvard University in 2013.
