Freddy Padi

Freddy Padi has held a variety of positions in the financial services industry since 1995. Freddy began their career as Manager at Universal Check Cashing, before becoming CEO of First American Financial Services LLC in 1996. In 1998, they founded Freddy Consulting Inc and served as its CEO until 2003. From 2003 to 2012, they held the position of CEO at Speedy Check Cashing and Financial Services Inc. In 2012, they began working at UBICS as Recruiting Manager, and then moved to Pros2Plan LLC, a Spinnaker Company, where they held the roles of Recruiting Manager, Sr. Recruitment Manager, and Director Of Recruiting before resigning in 2020.

Freddy Padi obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) Hons in Business Administration and Management, General from the Indian Institute of Management and Commerce, INDIA. Additionally, they completed two certifications: Preventing Discrimination and Harassment Employees from WeComply in October 2015 and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) from the State of Texas - DFPS in January 2014.
