Andrii D. has had a diverse range of roles and experiences throughout their work history. Andrii 🇺🇦 started their career in 2005 as a C/C++ Developer and Computational Linguistics Specialist at eTek Systems Ukraine. Andrii 🇺🇦 then worked as an Associate Lecturer at Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet, where they taught Computer Science and assisted in curriculum development.

In 2010, Andrii joined Aquasoft as a Senior C/C++ Developer, where they focused on the development and integration of the Higgins opensource identity framework. During their time there, they also gained competencies in Python, JavaScript, and natural language processing.

Andrii then moved on to EPAM Systems in 2011, where they held the role of Software Engineering Manager. Andrii 🇺🇦 oversaw a software engineering organization of six teams and 50+ employees, working across multiple geographies and streams. Their responsibilities included technical leadership, delivery management, and application support in the investment banking sector.

In 2013, Andrii co-founded the conceptual chain of restaurants and cafeterias called "Zdes' Veslo" (It's Fun Here!). As the Head of Engineering, they led the development of an in-house CRM system to support daily operations.

From 2016 to 2021, Andrii worked at Google as an Engineering Manager. Andrii 🇺🇦 initially led the London engineering team for Android Studio & Developer Tools, Google's official IDE for Android application development. Later, they transitioned into a broader Engineering Manager role within the company.

In 2021, Andrii joined Ciklum as the VP and Head of Engineering. Andrii 🇺🇦 was responsible for growing and scaling a global product engineering organization consisting of 1600+ engineers across multiple countries. Andrii 🇺🇦 focused on fostering an entrepreneurial leadership culture, strengthening engineering productivity, and enabling scalable delivery across continents. Andrii 🇺🇦 also played a crucial role in business continuity implementation during the outbreak of war, establishing new offices, and providing support to teams in Ukraine.

Andrii's most recent role, as of 2023, is with Mento, where they serves as a Soserve Engineering Coach & Tech Advisor. In this position, they supports tech support and scale-ups in identifying growth points and thriving through execution. Andrii 🇺🇦 also provides executive and career coaching, along with tech advisory services.

Currently, Andrii holds the position of CTO at proSapient, starting in 2022. Andrii 🇺🇦 also previously served as VP of Engineering at the same company.

Throughout their career, Andrii has showcased their expertise in engineering leadership, technical management, coaching, and advisory roles in various industries and organizations.

Andrii 🇺🇦 D. completed their high school education at Dnipropetrovsk Lyceum of Physics and Mathematics from 2000 to 2003, earning a High School Diploma with a focus on Mathematics. Andrii 🇺🇦 then pursued higher education at Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet from 2003 to 2008, graduating with a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science with honors.

In addition to their formal education, Andrii has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they completed the Tony Robbins Leadership Academy and Tony Robbins Mastery University programs, offered by Robbins Research International. Andrii 🇺🇦 also achieved the status of a Tony Robbins Platinum Partner in the same year. In 2016, they obtained an intermediate level of French fluency through the Duolingo language learning platform.
