Gus Ordonez

Gus Ordonez has a vast and varied work experience. Gus is currently serving as the Deputy Director at AIAA, where they support the integration of the Business Management Group in the Aerospace industry. Prior to this, they worked as an Expert Field Consultant at proSapient. In 2016, Gus founded their own consulting company called Icarus Management Consulting, where they served as the Founder & Principal. Gus also worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of California starting from 2008. Before that, they held positions as a Management Consultant at Cerius Executives and in General Management and Merger & Acquisition at Guidepoint. Gus also had experience as the General Manager of California Operations and Director of Commercial HALE Programs at Boeing NeXt. Gus has previously worked at United Technologies as the Director of the Aerospace Systems Program Office and as the General Manager & Managing Director of Defense Enterprise.
