Robert L. Penrose

Robert L. Penrose has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Robert is currently working as the Global Director of People Success at SID Global Solutions, where they oversee multiple departments and has built a team of professionals globally. Prior to this, Robert worked as an Organizational Development Consultant at proSapient, where they helped clients with strategic international organizational development goals. Robert also served as the Global Learning Manager at Avis Budget Group, leading a team and managing various aspects of learning and organizational development.

At Comcast, they held the position of National Program Manager, Learning & Development, where they directed a team in redeveloping the customer-facing workforce in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
