Karla Mataele

Karla Mataele is an experienced Medical Staff Manager, Investigator, and Physician Assistant with a robust background in clinical research and patient care. Currently at ProSciento, Inc. since August 2012, Karla manages all aspects of clinical trial start-up through completion for multiple phase I/II studies while ensuring compliance with FDA and IRB standards. Prior experience includes serving as a Sub-Investigator and Physician Assistant at Foothill Family Clinic, focusing on comprehensive patient care across various age groups, and working as a Clinical Research Coordinator at J Lewis Research, where responsibilities included overseeing phase III/IV studies and regulatory compliance. Karla holds a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's degree in Zoology from Brigham Young University.
