Manit Rathi

Manit Rathi has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Software Developer at Proshort since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at OnePlus, first as a Senior Software Engineer from September 2021 to August 2022, and then as a Software Engineer from September 2020 to August 2021.

Before joining OnePlus, Manit was a Research Assistant specializing in Reinforcement Learning at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, from August 2019 to September 2020. Manit also had brief stints as a Data Scientist at Catalina Marketing Japan K.K. in July 2019 and at Ecom Express Private Limited from May to June 2019.

Manit gained valuable experience as a Summer Consultant at EY from May to July 2018. Furthermore, during their time at Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, they held key positions such as Alumni Secretary, Hostel 8 from April 2017 to March 2018, and Technical Secretary, Hostel 15 from September 2016 to March 2017.

Additionally, Manit served as a Marketing Coordinator at Mood Indigo IIT Bombay from April 2017 to January 2018. In this role, they worked under the Marketing Heads of Mood Indigo to achieve the annual festival's budget through corporate sponsorships, utilizing tailored marketing activities and integrations to create value for both Mood Indigo and its partners.

Manit Rathi completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) Hons. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay between 2016 and 2020.
