Sankit Saini's work experience begins in 2017 with Multigraphics Group, where they worked as a Full Stack Engineer until 2021. In 2021, they joined Lio as a Mobile Application Developer and remained in this role until 2022. Currently, they are employed by Proshort as a Flutter Developer.

Sankit Saini attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur from 2012 to 2016. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
