Elisa Kieselbach-Bürgler

Elisa Kieselbach-Bürgler has significant work experience across various companies and roles. Elisa started their career as an intern at TÜV AUSTRIA in 2012. Elisa then worked as an intern at the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber and the Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety in 2014. In the same year, they also served as a project member at the International Entrepreneurship-Center Tirol.

In 2015, Elisa interned at SkyDeck Berkeley and worked as a student consultant at icons - consulting by students. Elisa joined Detecon (Schweiz) AG in 2015 and held the positions of Business Analyst and Management Consultant until 2017.

Elisa then joined Deutsche Telekom as a Senior Expert in Top Executive Development from 2017 to 2019. After that, they worked at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, where they held several roles, including Manager, Senior Manager, and Associate Director in the Group Strategy department from 2019 to 2021.

Currently, Elisa is employed by ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE as the Associate Director of Strategy & Operations, a role they have held since 2022. In 2023, they became the Director of the Strategic Leadership Initiative, and in 2024, they were promoted to the role of VP Organization & Culture.

Elisa Kieselbach-Bürgler obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Universität Innsbruck in 2013. Elisa then pursued their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Strategic Management from Universität Innsbruck, completing it in 2015.
