Oliver Schultis

Oliver Schultis, PMP, has a diverse background in project management and consultation. Oliver began their career as a Freelance Consultant at Roland Berger in 2000, where they worked until 2018. During this time, they gained expertise in various areas such as HRIS implementation, HR transformation, and digitization. In 2010, they started their own company, Oliver Schultis, where they continued their work as a Consultant. Throughout their career, Oliver has managed global projects, led project teams, and implemented agile project management practices. Oliver has also developed skills in stakeholder management and is knowledgeable about the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and EU-DSGVO. In 2017, Oliver joined ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE as the Director of HR IT and Systems, where they focused on developing an HR IT strategy and transforming HR processes based on guidelines.

Oliver Schultis, PMP, obtained a Staatsexamen HL Physik / Chemie degree in Physik from the University of Hohenheim between 1990 and 1997. Additionally, they hold several SAP certifications in SuccessFactors Recruiting, with the most recent ones obtained in 2023. In 2015, Oliver Schultis achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
