Kathleen Saysoff

Kathleen Saysoff, MBA, ALPP, ALPM has extensive experience in pricing and financial management. Kathleen currently serves as the Director of Pricing & Value at Proskauer Rose LLP, where they lead a team of pricing professionals in advising lawyers on alternative fee arrangements and developing the firm's pricing strategy. Prior to this, they worked at Littler as a Senior Manager - Strategic Pricing, overseeing pricing models and coaching attorneys on effective legal project pricing. Kathleen also has experience as an Operations Manager at the Kauffman Foundation, providing financial reporting and programmatic decision support. Kathleen's earlier roles include Senior Financial Analyst at Fike Corporation and Financial Analyst at Hallmark Cards. Kathleen began their career as a Microeconomics Teaching Assistant at the University of Oklahoma and gained experience as a Water Safety Instructor at the City of The Colony, Texas.

Kathleen Saysoff completed a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Oklahoma between 2003 and 2007. In 2011, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Kathleen also holds additional certifications in Accredited Legal Pricing Professional (ALPP) and Accredited Legal Project Management Manager from the True Value Partnering Institute, obtained in 2020 and 2022 respectively.
