Mindy Yang has extensive experience in talent management, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development. Mindy is currently the Chief Talent Officer at Proskauer Rose LLP, where they focus on developing a global talent strategy and enhancing the employee experience. Prior to this, Mindy served as the Leadership Development Officer at Proskauer Rose LLP and Executive Director for National Diversity at Morgan Stanley. Mindy also held roles such as Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Proskauer Rose LLP, Chief Operating Officer at Fino Consulting, and various positions at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates, KPMG, Saks Fifth Avenue, and EY. Mindy'swork experience spans across professional services, legal, investment banking, corporate luxury retail, and tech industries.

Mindy Yang received their MBA in Media & Communications from Fordham Gabelli School of Business in 2008. Prior to that, they completed their BA in International Economics at The George Washington University in 1998.
