Heather Meade

Heather Meade is the current RVP at ProSmile. Heather has extensive experience in managing and motivating team members and doctors, staying within budgeted goals and achieving set daily goals. Heather is also responsible for increasing revenue and production, focusing on collections and patient financing, recruiting and employee terminations, providing training, development, and support to all team members and office managers, as well as managing office operations. Heather is highly responsive to clinical and operational concerns, accessible and responsive to their team, and has a strong desire to succeed.

Heather Meade earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana Wesleyan University in the field of business administration and management.

Their manager is John Dolan, COO. They are on a team with Luis Martinez - RVP, Jenel Marino - Director of Internal Operations, and Dr. Jonathan Theis - RVP.
